Take a seat and enjoy a great barbeque with friends on our patio the one and only barbeque/patio on Capitol Hill that was written up in the Seattle Times.

I would certainly recommend the Weisenbach Properties to anyone I know...the safety, convenience and the quick responses to various needs have been very impressive. I have lived here for exactly seven years... the longest I have anywhere in my entire life so I'm leaving with mixed emotions. As you know we purchased a new home.
J & T Morris - Tenant 2000 - 2007

We loved living here so much, and will always call it home.

Tenant 2000 - 2006

I hated having to leave Thomas Park Apartments for work out of state. I still hoped that something might happen with work that would enable me to come back. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of living that I had at your properties. I wish I could say the same for my new apartment in Salt Lake City, but unfortunately, I realize now how spoiled I was in Seattle.

Tenant 2000 - 2004

It's been a pleasure living here. Thanks for your quick responses when we needed you.

The Capitol Hill Neighborhood has always been a highly desired area of Seattle.
With an eclectic blend of people, cultures and lifestyles, there is always a stimulating panache to the neighborhood. What better way to escape the problems that come with living in suburbia, when the urban lifestyle has so much to offer and the blessing of short commutes?

Downtown Seattle is just a short walk away making it easy to travel into the city for work, play and shopping. The downtown area is a wealth of resources for full line shopping, theaters, and fine dining experiences. Or take a walk to The Pike Place Market. The Pike Place Market is a special place. This nine-acre historic district hosts nine million visitors each year who come to experience the unique sites and sounds of Seattle's downtown public market. Helping to make up the Market experience are more than 100 farmers, 150 craftspeople, nearly 300 commercial business people and 50 performers.

Broadway Avenue is just four blocks away from our properties. On Broadway you can stop to eat at any one of the many fine restaurants. Drop into one of the many Coffee houses where you can relax over a hot cup of Java and thought provoking exchange.

Buy an exotic bouquet of flowers or see a movie in one of the many theaters or share a play at one of the small theaters that dot the Capitol Hill Neighborhood.

Shop in one of the many shops, or just pause and watch the constant parade of people flowing on Broadway. The Capitol Hill Neighborhood is an old neighborhood in Seattle and has always been the place known for innovation in the arts, music, and lifestyles. Many have compared this area as being the West Coast version of the much-touted "The Village" in New York City.

Bus Lines are convenient to all of our properties. With one bus line that will drop you off at your doorstep and there is access o five other bus lines just two blocks away making for ease in travel within the city.

One of those buses will whisk you away to the Seattle Center just ten minutes.
Here you can have dinner at the Space Needle with it's sweeping views of Seattle. Spend an afternoon exploring the Science Center or enjoying the music and fantasy of the Electronic Music Project (EMP).It is also the easiest and least expensive way to get to the annual festival called "Bumbershoot". Bumbershoot is another term for an Umbrella and is Seattle's celebration of our weather. This is always an interesting and fun time held each year on Labor Day Weekend. Bumbershoot showcases the talents of over 2,500 artists every year. From poets to painters, drummers to DJs, musicians to mimes, chefs to circus artists, Bumbershoot has it all.

Weisenbach Properties offers all of this and strives to bring you a classy place to live all within an affordable range to enhance the Urban Lifestyle. Just like Uncle Sam we are always looking for a few good people to join us within our community. Vacancies are infrequent but are well worth the wait and always go very quickly.
