We try hard to maintain the building and try to do this within a normal (5) day workweek. If you have a problem between 4:30 PM and 8:00 AM or on any given weekend or holiday we request that you limit your calls and inquires outside of these hours to EMERGENCIES ONLY. If you have an after hours emergency contact us at: 206-235-5449 (Cell Phone). Someone has the cell phone for emergencies 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

An Emergency is considered to be FIRE, FLOODING or a SITUATION that is causing an unsafe situation to a tenant or a security problem at the building.

If these hours do not work for you and you wish to report a work order for a problem in your apartment or building that is of a non-emergency nature you can use our online work order to place your repair request.
