This is the newest addition to our suite of short term apartments.It is a one bedroom apartment and has a Certa Style couch that can break out into another Queen Size Bed if you need and extra sleeping area.
The apartment has HD Cable TV, Secured Parking, Gas Cooking and Heat. All utilities are included in the price. Everything you may need for a comfortable stay with all the linens, pots pans, dishes, etc. When asked we tell people all they need to bring is themselves and the clothes they plan to wear during their stay. Apartment is available February 3, 2011. The cost is $1475 a month.






Broadway Avenue is just four blocks away from our properties. On Broadway you can stop to eat at any one of the many fine restaurants. Drop into one of the many Coffee houses where you can relax over a hot cup of Java and thought provoking exchange.
Shop in one of the many shops, or just pause and watch the constant parade of people flowing on Broadway. The Capitol Hill Neighborhood is an old neighborhood in Seattle and has always been the place known for innovation in the arts, music, and lifestyles. Many have compared this area as being the West Coast version of the much-touted "The Village" in New York City.
Bus Lines are convenient to all of our properties. With one bus line that will drop you off at your doorstep and there is access o five other bus lines just two blocks away making for ease in travel within the city.
One of those buses will whisk you away to the Seattle Center just ten minutes.
Here you can have dinner at the Space Needle with it's sweeping views of Seattle. Spend an afternoon exploring the Science Center or enjoying the music and fantasy of the Electronic Music Project (EMP).It is also the easiest and least expensive way to get to the annual festival called "Bumbershoot". Bumbershoot is another term for an Umbrella and is Seattle's celebration of our weather. This is always an interesting and fun time held each year on Labor Day Weekend. Bumbershoot showcases the talents of over 2,500 artists every year. From poets to painters, drummers to DJs, musicians to mimes, chefs to circus artists, Bumbershoot has it all.
