Our main entry offers an area where you can greet your guests or just sit out on the porch steps and visit with your neighbors.

The backyard of the 411/419 buildings is the site of our Community Barbecue/Patio Area. This is truly a communal area that is shared with all of our buildings making it a very active and fun area to share with one another.

Thomas Park View Apartments were built in 1914. This charming building sports many bay windows that over look the city, Space Needle and Olympic Mountains.

Most all of the units in the Thomas Park View Apartments have hardwood floors, brand new high efficiency gas furnaces, brand new copper pipes, and clean and attractive hallways.
This is a very friendly and eclectic building with a mix of people in the arts as well as in business.

Weisenbach Properties supplies the cost of water and garbage.

Cats are allowed with a nonrefundable deposit, but no dogs are allowed in the apartments, buildings, or property.
