Built in 1917 this building brings old world charm to the modern age.

The building has been recently painted both inside and out and all of the old plumbing has been replaced with new copper piping.

Many of our units have efficiently remodeled kitchens making your culinary chores a breeze.

The backyard of the 419 building is the site of our Community Barbeque/Patio Area. This is truly a communal area that is shared with all of our buildings making it a very active and fun area to share with one another.

Greeting you at the top of the entry stairs is our huge waterfall and fountain area. This is a very peaceful area where you can drop by with a friend or a good book and listen to the sounds of the water and the breathtaking foilage that abounds in this area.
