Weisenbach
Properties is like a small community within the inner
city. All of our buildings are located on a one-block
area making it into a neighborhood.
The tenants know and share
with one another on a regular basis. Community shared
barbecues are a common site at our patio/barbecue area
year round.
The Fourth of July is always
a big time for sharing good food and for a great place
to view the fireworks. It is just a short one-block walk
to an overlook from where both the fireworks at Myrtle
Edward's and Gas Works Park can be seen.
What better way to have
an opportunity to live within the inner city without giving
up the feeling of neighborhood that comes with living
in the "burbs". Inner city life has so much
more to offer everyone. Commutes are always shorter giving
an individual back more of their personal life. You are
placed right into the center of all the great things the
city has to offer with quick access to dining, theater,
and a plethora of activites that are constantly happening.
