We try hard to maintain the building and try to do this within a normal (5) day workweek. If you have a problem between 8:00 AM and 4:30PM or on any given weekend or holiday between 1:00PM and 4PM we request that you limit your calls and inquires outside of these hours to EMERGENCIES ONLY.

An Emergency is considered to be FIRE, FLOODING or a SITUATION that is causing an unsafe situation to a tenant or a security problem at the building. Please do not call for any other reason. If these hours do not work for you and you wish to report a work order for a problem in your apartment or building that is of a non-emergency nature you can use our online work order to place your repair request.
