Economically priced at $1175 per month this beats all of the other short-term units that charge $100+ per day. This works out to an economical way to travel adding saving to your budget.

We prefer to rent this unit in 30 day increments but if the unit is available between a monthly rental booking we will rent it for a weekly rate of $500 per week. We will not rent the unit for less then a week period but if it is falling before or after a month booking the extra weeks(s) will be at a pro-rated amount of the monthly rental agreement.

The apartment is fully furnished with everything you will need to make your stay a comfortable stay. High Speed Internet and Basic Cable is provided as well as a telephone in the unit. You will need to use a phone card for any long distance calling but local calls are free.

Parking is Street Parking.

Payments must be in the form of a Money Order or Cashiers Check. We do not accept personal checks except when payment is made in advance of more than 30 days to allow for clearence of the check.

Reservation of the apartment must be paid in the sum of 50% of the term amount at the time of making the reservation.

We Do NOT accept animals of any discription, species or size in this unit. We are often asked about small dogs. Due to fair housing laws since we do not allow dogs in any of our buildings to our other tenants we cannot allow any dogs regardless of size.
